Background
Susan Cheung is passionate about sharing her wine knowledge with friends and family. As a wine consumer, she was interested in why every bottle of wine tasted differently. The desire to learn led her to a formal education through the International Culinary Center (ICC) in Campbell, California. After graduating from the ICC, she passed the Court of Master Sommelier (CMS) Level 2 Certified Sommelier exam. Tasting Saveur was founded so that she can follow her dream of running her own business and sharing life's joy with everyone she knows.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys nature photography, music and reading.
